Our cars are fully insured, and the insurance premium is already included in the rent.
Depending on the vehicle and duration of the reservation, fixed free kilometres are included in the rental price; they can be increased upon request.
Before every booking, all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned both inside and out and are in perfect condition.

You can specify your preferred vehicle and time slot during the booking process. Unlike traditional car rentals, we aim to cater to each customer’s specific needs. Therefore, before we can provide you with a fixed usage for the desired rental period of your vehicle, we must manually review each request. Usually, you will receive our response within 24 hours of workdays.
Upon vehicle transfer in Vienna, you will receive a comprehensive instruction. After that, you and your chosen rental car will discuss potential damages and fill out the rental agreement. After that, you can begin right away; the transfer process typically takes 20 minutes.
You can rent our cars for half days, full days, a weekend, or a whole week, depending on your needs. Individual time slots are of course also available upon request. All rental cars in our parking lot are fully insured for the duration of the rental and are allowed to be driven on preferred routes inside the city. Just as at the handover, a joint inspection of the vehicle is conducted and recorded during the return to ensure your safety at all times. Please be aware prior to vehicle return that all vehicles must be returned to the same condition as when rented; else, additional costs may incur. In order to do this, the car should be well-maintained and fully loaded.
Yes, the minimum age for all registered drivers and renters is eighteen.
In addition to the minimum age requirement of 18, a Class B driver’s licence is also required.
If desired, the trip pass might be left in its original form and skipped altogether. An alternative is to leave €1,700 as a caution.
We require a valid photo ID, a valid driver’s licence, and either a proof of identity worth €1.500 or the original travel pass upon transfer.
